They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessThis is our third time using 1-800 Got Junk to get rid of things that we don't want or need to have discarded. They have always been so professional, ensuring they protect and respect our home and come within the time frame we ask for. We will recommend them to anyone who needs to have things hauled away. This last set of workers ( Matthew and unfortunately can't remember his partner's name) did a great job of hauled away some heavy things (stove, lift chair, bookcase and wall unit, plus small appliances etc.) very efficiently, leaving the areas clear and tidy. We have always had wonderful experiences each time we have used their service. We will definitely continue to use them if we need to have things hauled away.
A shout to the 1-800-GOT-JUNK team! From the first phone call to the post-service conversation, the entire operation was SMOOTH. The outreach team was communicative in the all the possible times we could move our appointment up. Victoria called to let me know when they'd be on their way. Mike and Victoria were efficient and thoughtful with moving junk out for disposal as well as the additional service of moving other appliances for us. Turns out, Mike's a former student. Both were polite and kind and made this transitional time for us less stressful. Thank you Victoria and Mike!!!
