I had a great experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. After booking online, I received a confirmation call within minutes which was a pleasant surprise. They even called ahead of scheduled pick up window to let me know they were on their way. Daylan and Jashan arrived promptly and were friendly, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process. They clearly explained how the quote would be calculated which made everything straightforward and easy to understand. The service was smooth from start to finish, and I am very happy with this overall experience. Would definitely use them again.

The service we received from the service people that had come to our place was exceptional. They went above and beyond on a job they weren’t aware they were coming into. I have 2 cats & one of them had an accident on my bed over the weekend. I couldn’t salvage my bed. I put in an online request form Sunday evening, by Monday morning I was speaking to someone about pickup between 8-10am that morning. The team they sent out Double A’s were so great!
