They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Used these guys 5-6 times now and they are unreal. Today they pulled off a miracle and took away what should have been closer to two truck loads away, but they made sure to pack it nice and not leave a single thing behind and fit it all into one truck. They were also very nice guys, always a pleasure speaking to the guys who work at 1-800- GOT JUNK.
Scheduled time and day was delayed and had to be re-scheduled. HOWEVER, the pick-up the following AM was their first of day. Arrived on time of the re-scheduled appointment. Both young men (Deaken & Riley) were professional, efficient and simply nice guys. Great representatives of the company. Only, issue would be a simple pick up a small apartment size freezer that was already outside was a little pricey. Due to the fact the truck I usually use for this kind of stuff was unavailable my options were limited. As an FYI, quotes from other companies were similar or more than what I paid. Still would strongly recommend.
