They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Despite tornado warnings in the area, they honored their commitment to us and arrived ready to work with professionalism and a positive attitude. The company is incredibly fortunate to have employees like these gentlemen representing them. They were efficient, hardworking, respectful, and took great care with our home and belongings. What stood out most was their attention to detail and consideration—they even removed their shoes to avoid dirtying our carpets and were careful throughout the entire process to ensure nothing was damaged. We have nothing but positive things to say about Austin and Riley. Their dedication, professionalism, and respect for their customers were evident in everything they did. We would not hesitate to recommend this service to others based on the excellent experience they provided. 2nd Experience: Hunter and Deaken were absolutely fantastic. We had an estate sale cleanup that included several extremely heavy pieces of furniture, including old solid-wood bedroom sets that were built to last forever—and weighed just as much. I honestly have no idea how these two managed it, but they somehow Tetris'd every last item into their truck and made it look effortless. Beyond their hard work, they were respectful, professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to deal with. They explained the service clearly and made the entire process simple and stress-free. My back was hurting just watching them move some of those massive pieces, yet they handled everything like absolute champions. These young men deserve a great deal of recognition for their work ethic and positive attitude. It's employees like Hunter and Deaken that will keep my partner and me coming back to use this service again in the future. Highly recommended! Brett and Parker are amazing! They arrived on time and were extremely polite and personable. They worked fast and were mindful about their footwear in my house. Their quote matched the end price and is reasonable for the value. I would highly recommend 1800 Got Junk and Brett a Parker to everyone.
