We’ve used 1-800-Got-Junk several times in the past and are always happy with the service, but with our latest job, the guys that were assigned to it went above and beyond. Recently, we scheduled a kitchen fridge removal. However, the fridge couldn’t be moved out until our new fridge was moved in. We didn’t expect 1-800 to do this for us (the fridge delivery company wouldn’t), and we were so relieved when the guys said they would do it “no problem”. Without. Any. Hesitation. The guys showed up at 5:00, after a long day of work for them, looking like it was 8:30 in the morning - really presentable, eager and enthusiastic! After assessing the situation, they quickly got to work carefully maneuvering fridges through tight doorways, being careful of our furniture and flooring. Really professional too - constantly communicating with each other: tilt left, tilt right, tilt back, turn towards you, watch this, watch that, etc., and not a mark left on anything. True teamwork on display. We had no problem with them being in our home either. They really put us at ease with their willingness to help us and their ability to problem solve and do what was needed ie: moving a table or planter out of the way or removing the mailbox to get the fridge down the stairs. They even swept up after! Throughout the job the guys were polite and respectful to us and to each other. They appeared to genuinely enjoy what they were doing and meeting and talking with their customers (us). As well, we were anticipating a substantial invoice for their “full-service” service but the cost to us was very reasonable and more than fair. We were very happy with the charges. These guys were wonderful representatives of the type of service you can expect from 1-800-Got-Junk. Their moms and their boss should be very proud!

Parker and his coworker were very helpful and friendly. Came in looked at everything to be taken and within a very short time removed everything that needed to be taken. They were both very respectful to the property ensuring everything is removed with care. I am pleased to know that items will be donated. Excellent service and recommend to use them for any needs of removing unneeded items.

The first team of guys were ok but the pricing was not properly advised but the 2nd team was friendly and helpful and Craig was super accommodating to have the experience overall positive.
