JC was incredible easy to communicate with, far beyond what I expected in terms of professionalism and candour from a junk removal company. He was patient, considerate and informed me of the entire process prior to entering my home. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. My sister and I felt completely at ease leaving the home in his care and supervision while we organized other parts of the home. He was very thoughtful and kind in a way that is rare to find these days. That said just some feedback, the other member spoke over me a few times when I was trying to explain my concerns and also loaded up some valuables that was never mentioned which only came to my attention at the end when JC showed me the packed truck. It would have been nice to feel a bit more listened to. That said, the job itself was completed very well
