Ibrahim and Joseph were absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, professional, kind, courteous and extremely hard working young men. They took their time moving furniture to make sure no walls were scraped or damaged. They communicated ahead of time what they would do, pricing — there 6 steps to 5 star service and they delivered well beyond 5 stars. These young men deserve a raise and many accolades for how well they handle themselves and represent your company. I am pleased and I would use them again. 1800 was awesome, Jake and Carta were fast, on time and clean, and it was everything we hoped for and more, feels good to declutter.

I had a number of items in the basement that I needed removed. The crew from 800-Got-Junk came, reviewed what I wanted removed and gave me an estimate. They loaded everything on the truck, reviewed the cost and I paid them. It is easy to book a pick up on line and they are always very professional which is why I continue to use them year after year!
