The team, Lawrence, Julie, Dominic and Nico, arrived on time. The vehicle and team was very clean and professional looking. My husband and the team discussed how they would get the job done, and trust me is was not easy. They agreeable quote. We liked that the company comes out and looks at the job before we had ti commit. They cleaned up when they were done, as advertised. Very professional from beginning to the end.

I was able to get 1-800-Junk to come the day after scheduling! Their communication and follow up is outstanding. I realized very late the night before I had entered the wrong town in my form and someone answered my call live and fixed it for me. Malik and Joey came out to haul away a bunch of bushes i took down and piled in my driveway. Both were very professional and explanative of the billing. Price ended up being more than originally estimated due to the volume of debris i had. Before they continued, they let me know to make sure i was OK with the pricing. Worked hard, got job done quick and cleaned up after. Appreciate the hard work in the heat!!
