They were flexible and came same day to pick up a queen mattress, box spring, head board and frame. It was a bit more pricey than I expected, at $330. However, the gentleman that came are professional and they did a good job.

I would 100% recommend 1-800-Got-Junk! They were such a fast and easy option, and the communication throughout the entire process was great. They were super responsive, professional, and made everything so simple. The price ended up being a little higher than expected, but they were kind enough to give me a discount, which I really appreciated! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely use them again. 😊

The guys did a great job today moving my "junk" from the basement and out garage. They were very pleasant and worked well together. Some of the "junk" was really heavy, but there were no complaints as they worked.

They came last minute and cleared out a whole 28’x8’ deck that was a huge mess! Absolutely recommend!

Quickest, easiest pickup process! Scheduled online and they came within an hour and a half. Employees were very polite and took care of everything very quickly. If you need junk gone quickly and don't have a truck, this is a good option. Keep in mind it will be more costly than taking it to a transfer station yourself.
