They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

They showed us immense kindness during this difficult time. Kentrell was a quiet, generous spirit through the process, and Jolly's energy matched his name. Both were professional. This was our first time using 1-800 junk and it was outstanding! The team worked really well together and were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and flexible especially when we dragged out the very heavy desk at the last moment. They never batted an eye. I only had a few items, such as a computer desk, a chair, and a plastic storage box. Based on the amount of stuff I had, I felt the price was a bit expensive. They charge based on how much space your items take up in their truck. However, Andy and Ryan were very friendly, helpful, and obviously professional. So I wouldn’t complain too much about the price. I think they deserve to be paid for the quality of service they provide.
