My husband Warren and I were having supper at McDonald’s in North Beverly, MA. For the first time ever, I left my cellphone on the counter where I paid. Not knowing that I left it, two men from 1 800 Got Junk asked me if I left my phone. I was very relieved that they were honest and let me know and handed it back to me. Nowadays our phones have our financial accounts, contacts, photos, etc. If it wasn’t for the honesty of Shawn and Bryan, I would have to buy another phone. Thank you Shawn and Bryan! I had a great experience with Mr. Lorenzo and Mr. Dean. They were both respectful, professional, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They made the entire junk removal process quick and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to get rid of large household items but doesn’t have the time to do it themselves. We’ve had Jay from 1-800-GotJunk come out to the house on 2 separate occasions. He has removed everything from an old, very large hot tub from an enclosed patio, a storage shed & a garage full of unwanted clutter. He comes with a great, super friendly attitude & great communication with ETA updates. We recommend them for all of your junk removal needs!
