We hired 1-800-GOT-JUNK Boston South for a large household cleanout. The crew hauled everything as promised, so the removal was handled well. We found the final invoice had errors: an overcount of truckloads and a gratuity that was calculated based on the entire bill rather than the labor charge. When I documented this and reached out, General Manager Kendall Miller and their VP reviewed the job, coached the crew, and refunded the full disputed amount to the last penny, credited within days. A 5-star review on a transaction with a billing error may seem odd, but mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds to one, and they owned it and made it right without a fight. I'd use them again.

I needed a rug and a recliner picked up and donated so I called 1 800 Got Junk they came right out and gave me an estimate. We agreed upon a price and they haul the items off immediately. They did a great job were friendly, professional and reasonable Highly recommend.

This is the 4th time, 3rd house we have used GotJunk. Each time has been wonderful but our team today was outstanding! Carl & Will took on the job with smiles and positive attitudes. It’s hot, and the load was heavy (treadmill, several slabs of marble and flooring, shelving that needed taken apart, etc.), but not one complaint. Nothing but pleasant and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that! They were fast, careful and efficient.
