West 1 - This was our first time using a junk removal service and we had a great experience! Rohan and his partner picked up our mattress, bedframe, and exercise bike. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and courteous. They explained the entire junk removal process, provided a reasonable quote, and removed everything swiftly. Their customer service was fantastic and they made sure to take care in removing the items so there would be no property damage. Definitely would recommend and will be using this service again when needed!

I had the pleasure of working with Roland and Kenneth as they assisted me in getting rid of some unwanted items. When I tell you their level of customer service was LEVEL 10 of 10, please believe me! They were prompt, courteous and dealt with me fairly. Although I've worked with 1800-Got-Junk before, they reviewed all the pertinent information to make sure I was tracking the details and the process. I would use them again and again and whatever they're currently paying Kenneth and Roland, DOUBLE IT because they were just that good!
