I needed 2 old pianos and another heavy old floor polisher taken out of my basement. I also had a quarter of a truck of light stuff scattered through the house and garage I needed carried away. The team of Jaiffrey, Patrick and Gabriel were efficient, courteous and with great communication. Jaiffrey arrived first and loaded all the light stuff. When the others arrived (from other jobs), Jaiffrey guided them through the piano and polisher haul. The window of arrival they gave me was moved because earlier jobs took longer and I needed a bigger crew and possibly more trucks. But they always let me know via phone call where they were. The total cost was extremely reasonable. I really love that nothing goes to the landfill! Everything is either donated or recycled.

I needed help to remove a mattress and grill. Phillip and Jay were outstanding. Fully transparent pricing and quickly took care of items. So pleasant and professional. Thank you so much!!

Kai 2 and Dell were in the neighborhood and saw me struggling to move a mattress and came down to help. They gave me a very fair price and were so friendly and kind. Could not be more pleased with the experience.

I booked an appt. online. Response from 1800 was quick. Nate and Joel were friendly and helpful. The price was as expected. It was definitely worth it and I would recommend the service.
