They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Joseph and Mike were heroes. Amazing experience. You are absolutely paying for the service and the 5 stars is not a lie. If you are truly backed up against a wall with a flight in 24hours and no Goodwill or Savers or Habitat for Humanity is open or those won't accept unless it is in pristine condition or those donation centers do not accept TVs and microwaves or giant 3 seater sectional couches, that is when you pay for 1-800-JUNK. They are so friendly they even helped us bring shipping boxes down our third story apartment at no additional cost even though it wasn't part of our junk. They understood our plight of the last minute move and us not having the time to be organized with it, and you are paying for them to take the stress away. Also, you are not throwing it away. They work with third party community and donation centers to recycle or reuse everything. So it made me feel better about not just trashing it all and they are probably ending up in the same place as if I had carried it all there with a Uhaul myself. Thank you both!
Bryce and Jeremy were absolutely amazing. They communicated clearly the entire time, were incredibly kind to my dog, and made the whole process feel so low pressure and easy during a really difficult season for me. Even with the challenges of getting everything moved, they stayed patient, gentle, professional, and just genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. They even offered to grab me a drink when they stopped at the gas station, which honestly just speaks to the type of people they are. They got everything out quickly and made something stressful feel manageable and peaceful. I truly appreciate their kindness, hard work, and the way they treated me during the process.
