Called 30 mins ahead as promised. Arrived, confirmed my order, provided cost of Mt sofa set and old 50"tv as being 1/2 a load and the price. I agreed, the friendly and professional male and female team removed my items and were done in about 40 mins total. However the invoice I signed was $10 higher than the one I signed on theur portable device' and 'legally' the price should not appear differently in their email to me or posted at my bank. I have inquired about this and waiting for the reason.

As always the guys were wonderful. Super friendly, and explained everything (pricing included) so well. It was the easiest pick up ever!

Great experience!!! I was very pleased with the fast and professional pick up of our old box TV. Been meaning to get that out of the house for years. Was definitely worth it and now have more space for everything. Carlos and Josh were terrific. Highly recommend this company.

Jalen and Dylan were incredibly helpful. They moved a couch for me out of my office that I could not get out, and even moved it into my POD. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

A crew from 1-800-Got-Junk arrived at my house on time on Saturday and did a fabulous job clearing out items such as furniture for donation or junk. The team had cleaned out everything in 2 hours. It was A lot of big, heavy stuff that I couldn’t do myself. I believe one of the team member’s name was Aaron.
