They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Jered and David were amazing!! They were super professional, understanding, positive, efficient, and kind! This was our first time using 1-800 got junk and this far exceeded our expectations on how the process would go. We would book directly with them again in a heart beat. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were a huge blessing to helping my parents remove large items from their basement. I love that this company tries to rehab as much of the stuff as possible and donate to non profits. So very worth it!!
Tyson and Dana came to remove a couch I could not get out on my own. 5th floor, stairwell only, and maddeningly hot. They were both very professional, and were able to get it out in record time. Way better than the movers who got it up there in the first place. Great working with both!
