They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I submitted an online quote request to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, and to my surprise, Lawrence called me back within about 45 minutes. Moses called about 30 minutes before arriving to let us know we were their next stop. That courtesy call was really appreciated. When Moses and Dom arrived, they were friendly, professionally dressed, and took just a few minutes to look at the sofa and provide a quote. The price was fair, so we gladly accepted. From the time they arrived until they drove away with the sofa, the entire visit took less than 15 minutes! Moses and Dom were polite, answered all of our questions, and made what felt like a difficult job look effortless. The best part was the feeling of relief when that bulky sleeper sofa was finally gone. It was something we simply couldn’t have handled ourselves, and having it removed so quickly was well worth the cost.
