I recently used this company to complete an office closure that required a lot of junk removal. Both Erech and BraSean were on-site to collect the items. Xavier and John from the Cleveland East office were amazingly fast and strong! We had heavy furniture and stairs to climb! It was a last minute call and they made it out that same day! Yes, we paid more than maybe others charge. But we needed the stuff gone now so we can get our house on the market tomorrow. So you get what you pay for! The other company I called kept "no call/no showing" - 3 times. Xavier was very professional, explained everything, and both he and John just got to work and they were done in a short time!
