They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI called the 1-800 number and was fortunate enough to be able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday evening to get a visit and a quote. Mike and David showed up and toured the items I was needing to have removed. They gave me an extremely reasonable quote and once I agreed they loaded everything up within 30 mins. These guys then walked my property with me again to ensure that everything was removed that I requested. It was such a wonderful and pain free process. These two gentlemen were friendly , talkative and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I definitely intend to utilize them in the future as needed. Getting the type of help they provide is invaluable when you need to get rid of a lot of things. I appreciate that this company has two great employees that have made sure I will be a returning and happy customer. Thanks Mike and David! You both did a great job!!!!
The service was fantastic from start to finish. From the start, they were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, gave an accurate quote, kept us informed throughout a long day and got rid of everything (including a refrigerator and stove) without any damage whatsoever. They even left the place broom clean. I want to especially shout out Julien and Aaron, who were amazing, professional, friendly and patient.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kahlil and Gabe were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly from start to finish, and made the entire process effortless. They worked quickly, handled everything with care, and were happy to answer any questions I had. It’s rare to come across a team that combines efficiency with such a positive attitude, but Kahlil and Gabe did exactly that. If you’re considering 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, I highly recommend requesting Kahlil and Gabe if you can. They are a fantastic representation of the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again because of the experience they provided.
