They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Once again, the work, communication, speed, efficiency and professionalism were above and beyond. This company has made my moving transition so much easier! I can’t say enough good things about 1-800 Got Junk. Wonderful Albuquerque crew and company. I had another visit from Dominic and Keenan on 7/25/2006. Another absolutely stellar service!! Dominic and Keenan came from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, made it happen, wonderful communication, above and beyond work, fast, so polite and friendly. I could go on and on. I had the best experience with 1-800- Got Junk. They were on time confirming that they were coming twice. The two employees that came out to my house were JOE and DEVON out of the Troy location and they were awesome!!! They removed all the items for me and thoroughly explained what they do, the pricing, and I was just so impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they both were! They even vacuumed my carpet after removing all the items. I also got a great price! I will definitely be calling them back to remove future items from my home. If you need anything removed from your home, please call 1-800 Got Junk. YOU will not be disappointed! I think that they are the most professional junk removal company I've ever worked with. They're not only about junk. They also DONATE items that you don't want and these items are going towards a good cause. Again I want to thank JOE and DEVON for making it such a smooth transition. My mother passed away and they were so empathetic towards my situation. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I CALLED THEM!!!😁😁 2nd review: July 25, 2026 Both SETH and TORRES came out to my home again to pick up some more items in my mother's house. They were so awesome!! Every time I have used 1-800 got junk, I have had a very positive experience with the employees and the company. Seth explained everything that they were going to do and explain the pricing etc etc... They were both very friendly and I had told them that it was my mom's house and she passed away and they were very empathetic. Seth wanted to know more about my mother.....asking questions like how old was she, how long were my parents married, and talked about the longevity of her life. It was so positive and it made me feel so much better because we're still mourning the death of her and cleaning out the house keep us very busy. I also wanted to say congratulations to Seth. He told me that he is getting married in September. The overall experience with both Seth and Torres today was very friendly and professional and I would definitely use them again as well as Joe and Devon. Thank you Seth and Torres for helping me out and providing more room in my mom's home so that we can now sell it!!! 😁😁
Lee and Ryan came to pick up some items we wanted to get rid of. They are the nicest kindest men who wanted to help and do anything we needed done.
