Came on time at 5:30 PM. Patient enough to wait for me for a few minutes. Agreed to take mattress beforehand. Reasonable rate despite 70 dollar mattress fee. Offered to take extra stuff free of charge since I was last pick up for the day. Told me to take my time despite it being the end of their day. Offered to help as needed. Quick and efficient. Both of the movers were also kind, thoughtful, and friendly without being overbearing. Simply good people doing good work. Would recommend to anyone moving out of there place and needing help to get rid of stuff.

Jaime was so professional and help us out with some furniture removal. I would definitely recommend 1-800 Junk if you need larger items removed.

Upfront and reasonably priced. They did not waste my time or money and packed two full trucks to clear out a home. Jaxon and Nykeem were courteous and efficient. Would recommend.

My first encounter with 1800 GotJunk was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! Not only was the scheduling an easy process, our service providers Garen and Hamed were incredible. They contacted me prior to their arrival as mentioned, they were exactly on time and superb. Polite, friendly and professional, which in today’s day and age is hard to come by. They quickly loaded our mattress, thanked my husband and drove off with a wave and a smile. Great job guys! I will be recommending 1800GotJunk if anyone asks for such a service, and will 100% request them myself if I ever have a future need.

Gabriel & Nate came this afternoon to start the process of helping us eliminate entirely too much stuff that has accumulated over time. They were super nice & really helpful. We’ll be requesting them again soon when we’re ready for the next load to be hauled away!

Kevin and his teammate (I want to say Dylan…? forgot 😅) were great! They were able to come to my storage unit early, and powered right through the cleanup. Very fast, very efficient, in and out. Easy peasy, just like the commercial!
