They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessLiterally the easiest way to get rid of a mattress or other bulky furniture as someone living by themself without a car. Tanner and Jordan were very professional and efficient. I got a call at 5:05 and they were completely done by 5:12. I used to live somewhere where the city of Madison would pick up a single piece of furniture for free from the curb but I moved outside of their coverage area and 1-800 Junk was phenomenal. Your staff goes above and beyond and I wish half of the other disposal companies I work with professionally were as efficient as they were. Would definitely recommend and will be doing so if any of my friends need to get rid of anything. Also, their service was recommended to me by a coworker who spoke highly of them as well. Thank you!!
Team was very professional, timely and amazing at what they do! Xavier and Bray were respectful of my space, offered me support with extra items I may need to get rid of, etc. the best part was timely communication about ETA and letting me know they were in route. Definitely an amazing service, But even better crew!
Holy smokes, Asher and Eli are phenomenal! Excellent communication efforts regarding the appointment time? Check! Friendly and personable? Double check! Assessment, estimate, and job completion, all within 15 minutes…!?! I try to ‘shop local’ whenever possible but when the big national corporation hires this kind of talent and can still offer some flexibility in pricing, one quickly realizes why this company has earned its position as ‘the big national corporation’.
