They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessIsaiah & Isaac were amazing. They explained the "got junk" process upfront including how they sort, and attempt to donate and recycle before they haul to the landfill. They explained how they calculate charges based on the percentage of the truck load. Based on their assessment, they provide an estimate before they begin. They were bright, genuinely friendly and efficient in their estimate, removal and loading process. They are a credit to this company. Fyi... Some things are charged a flat rate per item. (I.e. BBQ grills, propane tanks...)
Elijah and JT from 1-800-GOT-JUNK in Philadelphia were outstanding! They were fast, courteous, and very personable throughout the entire process.
