They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

I had the best experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK!! It was so easy to adjust my appointment and the guys were so nice and quick! Cameron and Michael were on time, polite, friendly, and swiftly got my junk out before I even got out of a meeting!! In honesty if you have the ability to get rid of your things yourself that’s the best option but if you have the money to spend, Got Junk is definitely the a good options. Prices are fair for the work involve and the work was fast. have in mind that if you’re getting rid of big items your paying the big prices but depending on the items, the prices may vary and seem fair for example I got rid of a big L shape couch with a detached piece set and it was 400-450 bucks( that was my price, prices may vary since they determine the prices per volume) and to me for what they had to do it was a fair deal. I needed it gone and they got it out of the way in less than an hour from a second floor town house apartment with little space to work with so again fair price for the work involved.
Absolutely recommend!! The dispatcher Jeff was super communicative about the process; Brandon and Brian (I think? I’m sorry if I am misremembering your name!) were total professionals about the pickup. They clearly explained how they do a quote, and gave us an estimate range. Zero pressure. We were happy with that, so gave the “go ahead.” They moved quickly, all while strategizing how they could minimize our costs through clever loading of the truck, taking up less truck bed space. It was done in less than 20mins, and they even swept up the garage after! I was able to pay by card (and tap even, with Square on their work device), there was an opportunity to tip (which I only mention because they never brought it up, but I definitely wanted to tip!), and I got a receipt via email immediately. Pleasant, efficient, transparent, and good at what they do.
