They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessEverything about my experience was great. I called to schedule my appointment for an estimate Monday morning at 8am: Joel from the company was at my door by 9:30am. Joel was very professional and nice. He was very transparent. I felt zero pressure but did tell Joel the price was out of my budget. He was very courteous then to work with my budget and got back to me with a price I was happy with, without a haggling match!. He then hauled the item away for me on the spot (outdoor dining set)
I had an old broken recliner that was beyond repair and needed it out of the way fast to make room for the replacement. I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK, was contacted by a gentleman named Zachary to arrange the pick-up and within about an hour, two gentlemen - Michael and Micah - showed up to take away the broken recliner. Michael and Micah were extremely kind, polite and professional. If you're in the Cincinnati area, you can even request those two gentlemen specifically. I would definitely recommend them 100% and will be requesting them again when I need more junk removed. I give the entire experience 5 out of 5 stars. Would 100% recommend and use again.
Javien and Tony were very professional and friendly, explained all the charges ahead of time verbally and in writing. They noted other items that they could take that I hadn’t been aware of like old pallets, and were able to add them to the load. They were very efficient and cleaned up all areas after. We choose this company because they are a greener company, and have had good experiences with them in the past.
