They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

Justin and Nathan came out with short notice on a Tuesday. I called them around 1030 am, they were there by 1 pm. It was already 82 degrees, but they cleaned out everything I asked super quick and charged exactly what I was quoted for loading the whole truck. I can't thank them enough! Excellent service and cheerful people - they even called on the way to give me a heads up they were almost here, and ask if I wanted a Coke from the mini mart! **Note: they prefer card instead of cash, that was the only hiccup around the whole experience.
GotJunk helped dispose of my mattress and helped me get some really heavy packages up to my Saugus apartment. Isaiah and Bryan F did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend and I will no doubt be using GotJunk in the future.This is my second time using GotJunk and the service was amazing both times.
