They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessWe had such a great experience! Emerson and Stevie came to remove our oven, and from start to finish they were incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. They were very respectful while inside our home and even took the time to chat with us about the company and some of the other services they offer. One thing that was especially important to us was that our oven is still usable, and rather than simply throwing it away, we really wanted to see if it could potentially be donated to a family in need. They explained that they work with local donation organizations, including places like The Salvation Army, and would try to give it an opportunity to be reused rather than just discarded. I really appreciated that. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience. Emerson and Stevie were personable, helpful, respectful of our home, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s always nice when what could have been a simple pickup turns into an experience that leaves you feeling really good about the company you chose. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you, Emerson and Stevie!
Jeremy and David were extremely efficient and neat when cleaning out our basement and other rooms of the furniture we are not taking in our upcoming move. I appreciated the care they took moving all the items especially the heavy couch and treadmill. I will definitely call them again when needed.
