They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!

We can not say enough about John and his team. They literally saved us when their competitor (read university boys) didn't show two days in a row for their scheduled appointment. John himself came to help, and turned what had been a complete disaster with the other company into a success. We can not recommend Got Junk enough. This could have been a costly experience, but John and his team saved the day. We are grateful for the great customer service, reliability, and excellent service.
Justin and Mohammad were FANTASTIC! They were so kind and very clear when explaining their pricing and procedure. They even asked if I needed anything else like help cleaning or a pet I needed to walk! I felt very comfortable having them in my home and appreciate their outstanding attitudes and service!
We got a new mattress in September and my husband finally got around to getting the old one removed. I'm so glad it was he who did so too because he found a bargain with "Got Junk". I almost paid $300 out of sheer frustration in wanting it out of our closet, but he had the brains to find the right company. These guys are the best!! There was no long process involved over the phone, they were able to grab it the same day he called, and they were the nicest guys! Brayan & Chase were prompt, cared enough to call with their ETA when they stopped to refuel, and offered to grab him a Gatorade while at the gas station. How cool is that! I'm now looking around the house for more furniture that needs replacing lol. We may have found our go-to company going forward. Thank you both so much for going above and beyond!
