They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessI called 800-Got-Junk early in the morning, and was able to make an appointment the same day, TJ called me 15min ahead before arriving, TJ and Chris L came to my house and offered a decent price to remove a single couch, a night stand and 2 chairs, the single couch was on the third floor, they moved carefully from upstairs to their truck. Payment was at the end of their service by simply tapping the card to the device. The whole removal process is easy and efficient. I am happy with their service.
Got a estimate from Steven & Jacob S. They were both so friendly and informative of everything needed as far as payment, scheduling, and organizing. I wasn't able to do the removal today, but will definitely be calling them when I do. I will also recommend them to anyone I talk with for a referral
