They were fast, efficient and professional. They showed up on time and got right to work. I needed a lot of junk removed quickly to make sure my client was able to close on their real estate transaction before the contract expired. Steven was so proactive in asking if I wanted to remove any other items in my kitchen as he saw I still had many other items that I was cleaning up. The guys even cleaned up the whole corner area after they removed the furniture. Service and attitude was amazing. I would recommend them!
Show moreShow lessThe two gentlemen, Seir & EJ, who came to my home on a Sunday (I was impressed) to pickup my old “junk” were polite, personable, professional, and they still gave me a fair quote (even after I asked to add on a few items that were not even a part of my original pick up plan). They arrived during the designated timeframe and called a 1/2 hr prior to arrival, which I appreciated. Both men were respectful of my property and how they moved things into their truck. They really took pride in their job and it showed! I would recommend these two gentlemen, without hesitation, should you need to get several big items moved asap (mine was a sectional and treadmill originally). They were helpful and talked me through the process (especially since I wanted to add on some last minute items and a large desk in my garage). Boy am I glad to see that stuff is gone. Thank you 1-800 Got Junk - Phila for being a company that I can truly rely upon. I will definitely be using your services again in the future. The company’s price was as quoted, I could tap my credit card to check out, and I received the online discount I mentioned; plus they gave me a gift card for future services. I had an outstanding experience with Shawn and Justin from 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I'm in the process of cleaning out my aging parents' home to get it ready to sell, which has been both a physically and emotionally challenging task. Shawn and Justin helped remove two truckloads of furniture, trash, household items, and many years of memories. Throughout the process, they were professional, personable, and incredibly respectful. What impressed me most was that they genuinely looked out for me. Before removing anything, they made sure each item was something I truly wanted gone, which gave me peace of mind during a difficult cleanout. Their attention to detail and customer care went far beyond simply hauling items away. I've used 1-800-GOT-JUNK three times now, and every experience has been good, but this one was excellent. Shawn and Justin absolutely earned the tip I gave them, and I wanted others to know how much I appreciated their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Justin and Isaac were amazing and super nice! I was worried about being on the 3rd floor, and with a heavy AC unit, but they knocked it out easily. Took less than 20 minutes between the two of them. They were prompt and kept me in the loop as to when to expect them. They were right on time too! Highly recommend.
