The process from start to finish was easy on their website you set a schedule and with in 10 minutes of that scheduled time they message saying they will be pulling up. My scheduled appt was 730pm - 930pm. The two Gentlemen who came to collect my junk worked so efficiently with regard to their safety as well. My items were not light. Also they worked during night conditions too! Please if you have Junk you need removed 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They are friendly, a knowledgeable, and they thoroughly showed the passion for their Job. Dimitri and Jake were prompt, quick in loading up our junk, and extraordinarily friendly. Their customer service skills are fantastic, and it was a pleasure working with them.
