I’m usually not comfortable with strangers in my home so I was reluctant to call 1800got junk.However from the very first phone call when I called them my experience was so unexpected. The woman on the phone made me feel so important to them and welcomed me. The movers who came to my house were (Eli and Jose who absolutely went out of there way to accommodate me by moving my very large couch around this big apartment complex in which some of the doors were too small but finally finding a door that was big enough. I have a marble coffee table that I myself was trying to take the legs off but using the wrong tool🙄and Eli offered to go back out to his truck and get the proper tool and he took the legs off for me. This table was not on the list to be removed and I thought that was a thoughtful and kind act to go out of his way for me. They were on time and very friendly and made me feel like we were friends. I definitely would use them again for any other service I would need. Very happy with them for making my day!!!

Nick and Andre showed up quickly, cleared out my old suff. Quick and easy way to clean out my space.

Ed and Joel were fantastic. They were on time, explained the pricing clearing and we in and out to picking up my junk in less tha 20 minutes. Oh forgot to mention I called this morning and they picked up this afternoon.

We had a fantastic experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK, thanks to Sal and Daryl. They came out to remove a large amount of furniture, bed frames, and other items from our garage and worked with us to find a fair price. What really stood out, though, was their willingness to go above and beyond. After the job was finished, they asked if there was anything else we needed help with, and when we mentioned a challenging situation involving several large IKEA wardrobes, they jumped in to help even though they had another appointment to get to. Throughout the entire process, Sal and Daryl were professional, personable, hardworking, and incredibly kind. They had great attitudes, made a stressful project much easier, and genuinely cared about helping us get things done right. It’s rare to come across people who combine excellent customer service with such a strong work ethic. We are extremely grateful for their help and would not hesitate to use 1-800-GOT-JUNK again. If you’re lucky enough to get Sal and Daryl on your job, you’re in great hands.
