I'm 65 years old and on 1 May 2026, I booked an online with 1-800-GOT-JUNK here in Mobile, AL to have the company clean out my late Dad's huge workshop, garage, boathouse and tractor sheds starting 4 May 2026. My Dad died 3 years ago and my Mom died 2 years ago and it was finally a time take on the massive project of uncluttering these buildings and reclaiming these spaces. Austin Lucas and Brice showed up on time at 11:00 AM with the franchise-owners son, Gantt Bennett, who proceeded with dispatch to clean out everything except for a couple of items in each area I asked them to save for sentimental reasons. By 4:00 PM and two huge truckloads later, they were done with the workshop. The next day, 5 May 2026 the crew came back at 8:00 AM with Noah, Gantt, Austin, Brice and the owner, Trey Bennett who, after 6 more truckloads and 9.5 Hours later, had finished emptying the boathouse, garden tractor sheds and literally 4 tons of unwanted concrete outdoor furniture and statuary from the place by 5:30 PM. Then, for the first time since I moved back home from Detroit to care for my aging parents in 2016, the home that I had inherited from Mom & Dad finally felt like mine. The GOT-JUNK crewmen were all in their early 20's, strong as heck, clean-cut McGill-T graduates and Bama Alumni and were polite, respectful , professional and truly enjoyed their work. Paid ~650 to empty a studio apartment. Showed up in about an hour. The guy I spoke with was extremely professional and nice. (Sorry I don't remember your name.) Smooth from start to finish and got it done quick. Absolutely zero complaints from me.

Alexis, Cody, and Seth were extremely kind. They gave me an estimate and when I agreed they were very professional and got right to work. It was a grueling job but they got it done faster than I would’ve imagined. I love the convenience of 1800GotJunk!

The team was very professional, prompt, and transparent. James was the coordinator for the pick up & called multiple times throughout the day to set expectations and provide a timeline. They quoted after arriving - which was lower than I expected (& what competitors thought they would be too!). The team that arrived with James was creative and quick with how they got the items out of the basement (incl. cabinet, desk, tube TV, couch, coffee table, speakers). Everything was done in less than an hour, including clean up & payment. I’ll definitely be using them again & would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area!
