From the welcoming hold music on the phone to the high level of service provided, this company delivers an exceptional customer experience. The team was professional, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. My only minor observation for improvement is that the crew could benefit from using disposable shoe covers, as our carpets were brand new and were walked on during the service. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would gladly recommend them.
