I booked an appt. online. Response from 1800 was quick. Nate and Joel were friendly and helpful. The price was as expected. It was definitely worth it and I would recommend the service.

Yovani and Paris were exceptionally accommodating clearing out a storage room and helping me sort through and rescue some items. Many of the boxes were quite heavy. I so appreciated their kind and professional help!

J&B killed it. Very friendly over the phone, updated me partway when it looked like the load/price was gonna be slightly higher than initially expected. Very efficient.

I’m usually not comfortable with strangers in my home so I was reluctant to call 1800got junk.However from the very first phone call when I called them my experience was so unexpected. The woman on the phone made me feel so important to them and welcomed me. The movers who came to my house were (Eli and Jose who absolutely went out of there way to accommodate me by moving my very large couch around this big apartment complex in which some of the doors were too small but finally finding a door that was big enough. I have a marble coffee table that I myself was trying to take the legs off but using the wrong tool🙄and Eli offered to go back out to his truck and get the proper tool and he took the legs off for me. This table was not on the list to be removed and I thought that was a thoughtful and kind act to go out of his way for me. They were on time and very friendly and made me feel like we were friends. I definitely would use them again for any other service I would need. Very happy with them for making my day!!!

Nick and Andre showed up quickly, cleared out my old suff. Quick and easy way to clean out my space.

Sam and Nick were great., very personable. Knowledgeable on the pricing, which was a little steep, but worth the convenience. If I require more junk disposal I'll definitely go with 1800 got junk again. Thanks 😊
