Ahmad and Christian arrived right on time, and they were incredibly professional. They quickly assessed the items I needed to be removed, gave me a clear and fair estimate. I was impressed by how efficiently they managed to clear it quickly.

Brandon and Avery we're top notch delivering excellent customer service. However the same cannot be said about their call sales center. They quoted a completely different price for removal of my items by a few hundred dollars. Its unfortunate because it's not the workers fault, but the company. I couldn't even get a donation receipt as they said I would get one. The items were not difficult to move, or take a lot of time to load. This needs to improve. Not cool getting blindsided when they arrive at your home with a different price and no donation receipt.
